1:56 HUMBER HEAVY UTILITY STAFF CAR

A very popular vehicle of the time, this Humber was a much coveted staff car which offered a great level of comfort for the period.  It is just one of my range of 1:56 scale resin cast pieces that are designed to help you create all sorts of interesting scenarios in your tabletop gaming. As a keen gamer myself, I understand the importance of accuracy and realism in models for historical wargaming plus the need for speed from purchase to table top. I have tried to make as many of my models as I can requiring no assembly. Some do, but I have tried to keep the parts to as few pieces as possible. All are supplied unpainted giving you the opportunity to personalise it with a paint scheme that fits your own game's era and theatre. The final look is up to you.

"To achieve this level of finish on the Humber Heavy Utility vehicle, I started with a base coat of olive drab, followed by careful dry brushing to highlight the edges and add depth to the details. The windows were painted with a light blue to simulate glass, adding a touch of realism to the model. Applying subtle weathering effects, I used a mix of brown and black washes around the wheel wells and chassis to represent mud and grime typically seen on military vehicles of this era." - Stuart
